To all men to whom these presents shall come I ann Bagge do send greeting Know ye that I the said Ann Bagge of the County of Accomack and State of Virginia for and in Consideration of the love good will and effection which I have and do bare towards my loving son Wm Bage of the same place have given and gartanted and by these presents do freely give and grant unto the said William Bagge his heirs, Executors and administrators two hundred acres of Land next to the Boadwater adjoining Thomas H. Bradford on the southward, and John Kellam and the heirs of Levin Teackle on the northward with the house, buildings yards, gardens, orchards, profits, commodities & appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, from and after my Death together with all my cyder Baskets, sett tubs, barrels and &c. also my still and also an Eaqual shear of my moveable property with the rest of my children, to have and to hold the said two hundred acres of Land an other property for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said William Bagge and his heirs &c. as his and their property absolutely on Condition that he the said Wm. Bagge do pay or cause to be paid unto his daughters Nancy Achsah & Betty Bagge his first wifes Children the sum of thirty pounds each to be paid them when tey shall arrive at the age of twenty one In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and Seal this Twintieth day of February in the year of our lord one thousand and Ninety Seven
