Know all men by these presents To whom it may concern that I Jestinian Evans Senr. of Accomack County in the Colony of Virga for & In consideration of twenty pounds current money of Virga. to me in hand paid by Thomas Evans junr of the same place and county aforesaid the receipt & do hereby acknowledge have bargained sold and delivered and by these presents according to the true form of Law do bargain sell and deliver unto the afsd. Thos. Evans one Negro Girl named Sarah To have & to hold the said Bargained Premises unto the sd. Thomas Evans junr his heirs Exors. admrs. and assigns forever & I the sd. Jestininan Evans Senr. for me, myself my heirs Exors. Admrs against all persons Shall and will Warrant and forever defined by these, The above bargained premises In Witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and Seal this 29th day of March 1770. ---
