Indenture made this twenty sixth day of February Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred between Ralph Milburn of Somerset. State of Maryland of the one
part and Benjamin Marshell of Accomack County State of Virginia of the
other part Witnesseth that the aforesd Ralph Milburn for and in
consideration of the One hundred and twenty pounds Currant money of
Virginia to him in hand paid before the sealing and delivery hereof
receipt whereof the said Ralph Milburn doth hereby acknowledge have
given granted bargained and sold and by these presents do give bargain
and sell unto the aforsd Benjamin Marshell his heirs and assigns for
ever a Certain piece of land containing twenty five Acres lying and
being in the parish of Accomack State of Virginia which the said Ralph
Milburn purchased of a certain Thomas Bunting lying joining the joining
the lands of Elijah Milburn and Sanford Charity beginning at the mouth
of Elijah Milburns land at a marked seader post then running down the
main road to a marked Seder post being second bounder thence with a
East Coast to a marked white Oak which is fourth bounder to conclude
twenty five Acres To Have and to hold the aforesd bargained and granted
premises together with all the rights benefits priviledges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining and the
Said Ralph Milbourn right title and Claim in law Equally therein and
thereto the said Benjamin Marshall and his heirs and assigns for ever
to and for the only proper use and behoof the said Benjamin Marshell
and his heirs and assigns forever for no other intent or purpose
whatsoever ths said Ralph Milbourn for himself his heirs and Executors
and administrators doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said
Benjamin Marshell and his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns
that he the said Ralph Milburn and his heirs will warrant and Defend
the said lands and premises and appurtenances before described and
conveyed to the said Benjamin Marshell from the demands of any person
or persons by from or under him them In
Testimony whereof the said Ralph Milburn hath hereto set his hand and
affixed his seal the day and year first above written &

This Deed form Ralph Milbourn to Benjamin Marshell was proved by the
