Beginning at a marked white oake Standing on the North Side of a Ridge by a Swampside about three miles back from the fork of the head of the Said river nigh a Swamp Called the holy Swamp thence with a Line drawn drawn North by east five perches thence with a Line drawne east by North Two hundred perches thence with a Line drawne Southeast Two hundred perches Thence with a Line drawne South one hundred & forty perches thence with a Line drawne North Sixty Six degrees westerly three hundred and ninety perches to a marked Live oake in a Swamp and from thence with a right Line drawne to the first bounder Containing three hundred & fifty aces of Land According to Certificate of Survey More or Lesse To have & to hold the Same unto him the Said John Parker and his heires & assignes forever und^r Such rents Covenants Limitacons & expressions as in & by y Said deed of grant recourse being thereunto had more fully & more at Large it doth & may appeare Now This Indenture further Wittnesseth that the above named John Parker and Clemencie his wife for y Consideration of Six Thousand pounds of Tobacco in hand paid by the within named John Booth before the ensealing and delivery hereof whereof and wherewith the Said John Parker and Clemencie his wife doth acknowledge themselves fully & wholy Satisfied & paid & doe of and for every part & parcell thereof acquitt and dischardge the Said John Booth his heires executors & administrators for Ever; and by these presents have given granted bargained Sould alined enfeofed and Confirmed and doe by these presents and doe by these absolutely give grant bargain Sell allienate enfeof & Confirme unto the Said John Booth & his heires and assignes for ever all the aforesaid parcell of Land afore mentioned Calld Harmon as alsoe the Sd John Parker & Clemencie his wife for themselves theire heires executr^s & administrators have & doe by these presents grant bargaine and Sell as aforesaid unto the Said John Booth and to his heires & assignes forever all & Singular pattents indenture Counterpaines writings Conveyances Evidences escripts and minuments whatsoever with all and Singular y appurtenances & emolumt^s to the Said parcell of Land and premisses or as members thereof or as thereunto or to any part thereof belonging To have and to hold the Said parcell of Land and all & Singular y premisses, hereby mentioned with all the appurtenances and the reversions and remainders of them unto him the Said John Booth & his heires & for the Proper use & behoofe of him the S^d Jn^o Booth his heires and Assignes forever assignes for ever without any Mortgage or redemption use or Limitation to recall alter Charge or determine the Same To be holden of the Said Lord Proprietary for & und^r Such rents and Services as by the originall described Deed of grant reserved and the Said John Parker the Said parcell of Land with y appurtenances before have by these p^rsents bargained and Sold unto him the Said John Booth and doe for ever acquitt & dischardge the Same of and from all former & other bargaines and Sales forfeitures Sales Dowries Joyntures Surrenders and of & from all other Titles Incumbrances Claimes and demands of the Said John Parker his heires executors administratrs or assignes and all and other person or persons whatsoever lawfully Claimeing from under or by them or any of them the Said John Parker will warrant and defend In Confirmation and full assurance of the Truth above mentioned the Said John Parker and Clemincie his wife have to these presents Sett to their hands and fixed theire Seales giving Deed & State with full and peacable Possession by Livery of Seizin of and in the above mentioned p^rmisses with the appurtanences thereunto belonging as the Send John Parker - - Clemencie his wife wife Subscriptions fixeing their Seales & the wittness Subscriptions as Testimonyes Doe manifest the
