all people to whom these presents shall come I Robert Hutson do send
greetings: Know ye that I the said Robert Hutson of the Parish of
Accomack County in the State of Virginia Planter for and in
consideration of the love good will and affection which I have and do
have towards my Six Children Salley Fisher & Robert Hutson jr and
Hessey Hutson & John Hutson and Polly Hutson, and Phamey Hutson of
the Parish and County aforesaid Have given and granted and by these
Presents do freely give and grant unto Salley Fisher & Robert
Hutson Jr and Hessey Hutson & John Hutson and Polly Hutson, and
Phamey Hutson their heirs Executors or Administrators all and singular
my Goods and Chatels now being in my present dwelling house and all
Bedsted Mats & Cords Two Cows & Calf two Chests one pot one
Dutch Oven one Tea Kettle one frying pan one Canoe Sail one Safe Six
Chairs two Barrels of Corn three hundred pounds of Bacon one Sow and
ten pigs twelve plates two Axes one haird saw and drawing knife one
fork one pair of Iron Wedges Six Sheep one square Table one Cow hide
one Gun One Cart & Wheels of which before the signing of these
presents I have delivered them the said Salley Fisher, Robert Hutson
Hessey Hutson John Hutson Polly Hutson, & Phamey Hutson and
inventory signed with my own hand and bearing even date to have and to
hold all the said goods Chattels and creatures absolutely out any
manner of Condition In Witness whereof I have here unto put my hand and
