This Deed made this Eighth day of February in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eight between Revel Mears of Accomack County in the Commonwealth of Viginia of the one part and Southey Bell and Andrew Russell of the same County & State of the other part Witnesseth that the said Revel Mears for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred and Eighty three Dollars lawful money of the United States in Specie to him the said Revell Mears in hand well & truly paid by the said Southey Bell and Andrew Russell the receipt whereof the said Revel Mears doth hereby Acknowledge both parties bargained and Sold by their presents doth grant _____ bargain and Sell unto the said Southey Bell and Andrew Russell their heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or Parcel of Land lying being & situated near the head waters of Gilford in the count of aforesaid and bounded as follows (to wit) on the north East by the Lands of William Onions on the South East by the lands of Jacob Mason on the South West by the Lands of Crippen Taylor and on the North West by the Lands of Ephraim Wessels which said tract of land has long been the name of Robins hole and was given to the said Revell Mears by his grandfater the late Charles Bagwell, to have and to hold the above bargained & sold premises together with all rights prvileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the siad Southey Bell and Andrew Russell their heirs and asigns forever to the only purpose use benefit and behoof of the said Southey Bell and Andrew Russell their heirs and assigns forever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatever. The said Revell Mears doth for himself his heirs Executors Adimrs & asigns further covenant and agree to and with the said Southey Bell and Andrew Russell to warrant and forever defend the aforesaid granted bargained & sold Land to them the said Andrew Russell and Southey Bell their heirs assigns forever against the lawful claim title Interest or demand of all and every person or persons whatever, In testamony Whereor the said Revel Mears doth hereunto set his hand and affix his seal this day and year first above written
