This Indenture made this xxith day of December one Thousand Seven hundred and ninety five Between William Taylor and Nancy his wife of Accomack county and State of Virginia of the part and George Warner of the same County of the other part Witnesseth that the said William Taylor for and in Consideration of the sum of one Hundred and ten pounds Currant money of Virginia to him the said William Taylor in hand paid by the said George Warner, at and before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents The Receipt whereof the said William Taylor doth hereby acknowledge and himself Therewith fully Consent and Satisfied Hat given Granted Bargained and Sold, and doth by these Presents Give Grant and Sell unto the said George Warner his Heirs and Assigns forever a Certain Tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being in the county afsd & bounded as follows, to wit Beginning at the run of a branch which issue into Thomas Mathews Mill Pond and runing South Eighty Six degrees West Sixty nine Chains along a line of marked trees which divides the premises from the Lands of Edward Thornton Junior Thence South Sixteen degrees West four Chains which divides from the Lands That the Heirs of Thomas Mathews late decd aare at present in possession of thence up the run of the Branch to the first Bounds the same Containing ninety two acres be the same more or Less: also one other tract of Land heretofore Enjoined to the now conveyed Tract and which is mow in Possession of the Heirs of the sd. Thomas Mathews decd Containing Eighty three acres To have & to Hold The hereby Granted and Bargained Tracts of Land together with all and Singular the Rights Priviledges and appurtenances unto the same belonging or in any manner appertaining unto the said George Warner his Heirs & assigns forever and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever but to the only proper use Benefit and advantage of him the said George Warner his Heirs and assigns forever and the said William Taylor doth hereby for himself and his Heirs Covenant and agree to and with the said George Warner his Heirs and assigns that he the said William Taylor hath Good right and Lawfull authority to & Convey the afore mentioned ninety two acres of Land with its appurtenances in manner and form as aforesaid and that the same against himself his Heirs as well as against the Just & Lawful claim of all persons whatsoever lying claim to the same or any part thereof will forever Warrant and Defend by these presents unto the said Georg Warner, his Heirs and assigns forever. But it is hereby to be Considered that the before mentioned Eighty three acres of Land now in Possession of the Heirs of Thomas Mathews decd the sd William Taylor only Relinquishes all Rights which he may be or is Entitled thereto unto the said George Warner and to his Heirs & assigns forever without any Convenant or Whatever warranted only that the sd. William Taylor defends the rights of any person claiming under his from any act or deed of his conveying what rights is hereby Intended to be Conveyed unto the said George Warner and his Heirs In Testimony whereof the said William Taylot and Nancy his wife have hereunto Set their Hands & affixed their Seals the day and year first above written

This Deed from Wm. Taylor & Nancy his wife to George Warner was acknowledged by the sd William and Nancy as their act and deed the said Nancy being first privily Examined as the law directs did voluntarily Consent thereto & ordered to be recorded
