This Indenture made this Tnewty Sixth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eigth hundred and sixteen between Solomon Wise and John Wise of the sd Solo. of the county of Accomack and State of Virginia of the one part and Isaac Mister of the same County and State of the other part Witnesseth that the said Solomon Wise and John Wise in consideration of Two hundred and Twenty four pounds of Lawfull money of the Commonwealth to them in hand paid by the said Isaac Mister at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these presents do and each of them doth bargain and sell unto the said Isaac Mister his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of Land Lying and being in the County aforesaid and parish of St. George and bounded as follows On the North East by the Lands of Benjamin Mister and the Lands of Wm Mister on the east by the Lands of George Wise on the south and South West by the Lands of Levin and Severn Parker and on the North and West by Back Creek the same containing Two hundred Acres more or less it being the Land that Johanas Wise give to the said Solomon Wise for life and to the said John Wise forever which may more fully be explained by referance to the sd Johanas Wise's Will together with all and Singular the appurtenances and hereditiments whatsoever to the said Land belonging or appurtaining and the revision and revisions remainder and remainders yearly and other rents issues and profits to thereof and of every part and parcel thereof To have and to Hold the said bargained and sold Land with the tenements hereditiments and all and singular the premises herein before mentioned or entended to be bargained and sold and every part and parcel thereof with every of their rights members and appurtenances unto the said Isaac Mister, his heirs and assigns forever to and for the only proper use and behoof of him the said Isaac Mister his heirs and assigns forever, and the said Solomon Wise for himsefl only and the said John Wise (of Solomon) for himself and his heirs the said Land before mentioned with all and singular the premises and appurtenances before mentioned unto the said Isaac Mister his heirs and assigns free from the claim or claims of them the Solomon Wise and the John Wise or either of them their or either of their heirs and of all and every person or persons Whatsoever shall will and do warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witnesseth whereof the said Solomon Wise and John Wise have here unto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
