This is a small, compact genealogical database of
people of the Eastern Shore of Virginia that is easy to navigate because a
person's ancestral tree is always visible and all persons listed are
hyperlinked. All information comes from accurate sources (no guesswork!).
How to Use:
Click a name in the surname list to display that
person's data with an ancestral tree at the bottom.
Click the plus (+) and minus (-) signs to display more
spouses or children.
Click Wills or Sources or Notes to display
more information in a separate window.
Use the left, right, and down arrows to
navigate the tree; the END key brings
you back to the person at the bottom. (You may have to click a blank area at
the bottom to activate the arrow keys.)
Click any name at top or bottom to view
that person's data.
Usage Notes:
This database does not function properly in
some versions of Internet Explorer and works best in the Firefox browser (Click here
to download the Firefox browser.)
You must have Javascript enabled in your
browser. See the documentation for your browser.
The screen display works best at a screen
resolution of 1024 X 768. See your operating
system's documentation for assistance.
