In Obedience to an order of Accomack County Court bearing date August the 26th 1798 to us directed we have Stated an account retation to the Slaves belonging to the Estate of Zorobabel Rodgers Junr Deceased and made as Will and Testament of those hired to other people as those retained by Polly Rodgers (now Mrs. Bird) and not hired out during her widowhood and find a balance as above Stated given under our hands this 27th April 1800.
