Daniel Mifflin was noted in 6 Procession Districts in the 1795/96 Procession; Accomack Parish District 1 Accomack Parish Parish District 2 Accomack Parish Parish District 3 Accomack Parish Parish District 10 and Accomack Parish Parish District 11 (Walczyk Processions: no page). This is Accomack Parish District 2. It was noted in the 1795/96 Procession as: Second District - All the Lands of Chincoteague, Popes & Assateague Islands (1).
On 9 February 1796 the boundaries of the lands of Daniel Mifflin in District 2 were noted in the procession (16). The text reads in part: Lines between Silverthorn & Stockley. Lines between Mifflin & Stockley. Lines between Mifflin & John McLane. Lines between Stockley & John McLane. Lines between Stockley & John McLane, James Thornton & John Jester present.
On 12 February 1796 the lands were again noted (16). The text in part reads: Lines between Feby 12th - Lines between Zadock Sheperd & James Waters. Lines between Zadock Sheperd & Stockley, Jas Waters & Jas Thornton present. Lines between Thomas Gore & Arthur Cherrex. Lines between John Lewis & Arthur Cherrex. Lines between John Lewis & Mifflin. Lines between Levin Hickman & Mifflin.
He died on 31 December 1795 and was buried in the Family burial ground (Wright Vital Records: 87).
