John Ayres & Christopher Thompson A97
1672 Patent to John Ayres and Christopher Thompson for 600 acres. After the death of Ayres, his widow Dary (Hill) married Thompson and the patent was reissued to him alone in 1673. It was describe as a part of "the Great Neck at Matompkin at the head of Nuswattocks." (Whitelaw, 1066).
