George Parker was born in this District, on a plantation called Poplar Grove (Whitelaw, 952). George Parker's land in Precinct 9 is named Kendall Grove (Whitelaw, p. 310).

George Parker was born 10 May 1761 (Parker Bible) in Chesconessex, Accomack County, VA (Whitelaw, p. 952). He died before 14 August 1826 (Scott Wills, p. 149). He was the son was the son of George Parker and Adah Bagwell (Nottingham Wills, p. 350). He was married to Margaret Eyre on 12 Oct 1786 in Northampton County, VA (Mihalyka Marriages, p. 82). She was the daughter of Severn Eyre and Margaret L. Taylor (Eyre Bible). The record states: George Parker to Margaret Eyre; 12 October 1786; George of Accomack Co.; daughter of Severn Eyre Esquire, deceased; ward of Littleton Eyre consent; Thomas Littleton Savage security. She born 3 December 1765 in Northampton County, VA (Eyre Bible).

Some time after their marriage they moved to Northampton County. They resided at "Kendall Grove" where they both died. This last one [George Parker] moved to Northampton, married Margaret Eyre and died.... George Parker moved to Northampton about 1790.

On 15 February 1796 in Accomack Co., VA, the boundaries of the lands of Richard Parker and George Parker were processioned in Saint George Parish District 13 in Accomack Co. (Walczyk Processions, p.11). The record reads in part:

Thirteenth District - Feby 15th 1796 - Lines between George Parker & Richard Parker... Jno Wise, Richard Parker, Mickel Bonewell, John West, William Myster Junr, Johannis Wise, Tully Wise & Geo. Poulson present.
On 12 February 1796 the boundaries of the lands of George Parker were processioned in Precinct 9 in Northampton County. The text reads:
12th: February 1796 processioned the Lands of George Parker beginning at the head of the Branch between Parker & Purnals Heirs at a Pine and runing to the County road & then down to the deep Branch as the road runs to the White Oak down the Hill the branch is the line down to the Lands of Samuel Brown, then going the line between Brown & Parker to the Corner White Oak & thence up to the Corner Pine between Parker, Purnal & Brown & from thence to the Head of the Gully near Parkers old Buildings, and then going the line between Brown and said Purnals Heirs down to the Mill: George Parker present Michael Savage, Major Pettit in the fore noon and George Fulwell in the afternoon, few - few attended it being very rainy on that Day.
