1660 Patent to Edward Smith for 300 acres which was north of Gray and completed the lands along Matchapungo Creek.
1674 Edward Smith and his wife Ann sold his TWO 300 acre tracts to Arthur Robins.
NOTE: By 1678 the lands listed in the above patents totally 1450 acres were owned by Arthur Robins, the grandfather of HH 11 Arthur Robins <Link> and the greatgrandfather of HH 12 Thomas Robins. <Link>
