1654 Patent to William Thorne for 387 acres which was the waterfront part. 1663 William and winefrit Thorne assigned this to Thomas Boyes, who assigned it to John Fawsett. 1666 John Fawsett recieved a patent for 937 acres which included his half of [A13], 300 the Thorne land, and 300 acres of new land.
