Witt: William Finney, John Finney, Elizabeth Finney.On 11 February 1780 in Accomack Co., VA, the boundaries of the lands George Parker in Chesconnex were processioned (Walczyk Processions 1723-1792, p. 147). It reads is part:
11th beginning at a Pine at Teagues Bridge thence the line between John Wise and Phillip Parker to a corner Gum; thence between sd Wise and Johannes Wise & sd Wise & William Myster to the head of the Gut; present William Myster, Richard Parker & John Wise; also the line between William Myster & Johannes Wise from a stake on the bayside to Wises line; then between Geo: Parker & Johannes Wise to head of Gut; also the line between Geo: Parker & Phillip Parker beginning at a corner Oak and from thence to a Mulberry Tree on Onancock; present Johannes Wise and Richard Parker.George made a will on 13 August 1784 in Accomack Co., VA. It was probated 27 October 1784 (Nottingham Wills, p. 350). An abstract of his will reads:
To wife Sarah 1/2 the plantation where I now live on Onancock Creek during her widowhood, also a child's part of my slaves during her life, then to be divided between my children except my son Thomas, also a child's part of my personal estate in lieu of Dower. To son George Parker the other 1/2 half of my land & the reversion of the half given to my wife. To son John Andrews Parker. To Jacob Parker, To daughter Sarah Parker. Wife & son George Extrs. Witt: Levin Joynes, Elizabeth Poulson, Jabez Taylor. (John, Jacob & Sarah under age.)
In her father Jacob Andrews' will on 15 February 1770 in Accomack Co., VA, Sarah was named as an heir. It was probated 24 April 1770 (Nottingham Wills, p. 249). An abstract of his will reads:
ANDREWS, JACOB - 15 Feb. 1770 - 24 Apr. 1770 - Wife Margaret to have use of all my land being 286 acres during her widow & then to my daughter Sarah Andrews (under 18) & for want of heirs I give the 200 acres my father gave me to Robert Andrews, son of my cousin William Andrews, & the 86 acres I bought of Littleton Darby to my wife Margaret. Wife & daughter residual legatees. Wife Exec. & brother in law William Joynes. Exr. Witt: Thomas Jacob, William Andrews, Henry Gascoyne.

Jacob Andrews married Margaret Joynes, who survived him, and in 1770 he left a plantation of 286 acres to her and to their daughter Sarah, who later married George Parker.
Sarah registered to pay taxes in 1787 in Accomack Co., VA (Yantis & Love 1787 Tax, p. 100). Sarah was listed with herself, 6 black over 16, 10 blacks under 16, 3 horses, mares, colts or mules 15 cattle. NOTE: widow of George, not tithable, four wheeled phaeton. On 1 December 1792 the lands of Sarah Parker in District 10 were processioned (Walczyk Processions 1723-1792, p. 167, 168). The text reads:

PARKER, SARAH - 6 August 1817 / 25 November 1822 - To daughter Sarah Ker during her life the house and land where on I now live, containing 50 acres ... Remainder of my land & reversion of above land to son Jacob G. Parker & if he chooses to take land, then he must pay my granddaughter Arenthia D. Parker daughter of my deceased son John Andrews Parker, $3.400. If son does not agree to pay this amount, then the land & house to granddaughter Arenthia D. Parker, but if she dies before she comes to age or without issue, then her part to my daughter Sarah Ker & my son Jacob G. Parker. Remainder to daughter Sarah Ker & her son Jacob. Witt: Peggy S. Custis, & William Darby.Sarah Andrews and George Parker had the following children:
I give and bequeath unto my honored mother Sarah Parker that tract of land or parcel of land adjoining the plantation whereon my said mother now lives lying in the county of Accomack containing one by estimation one hundred acres more or less..., which said parcel of land was formerly deed to me by my said mother off the tract of land she now holds which said parcel of land lies to the south east of my mother's house in which she now resides. As to my other property I wish it to go to my beloved wife Harriet B. Parker and my daughter Caroline B. Parker and any other children which I may leave. I do hereby constitute and appoint my brother Jacob G. Parker executor. No Witnesses.John Andrews Parker and Harriet Burleigh Darby of John had the following children: i. Caroline D. Parker born circa 1804 (Scott Wills, p. 65). ii. A daughter born circa 1805, died before 1810 (Christian-Darby-Nicholson). She died before 1810 (Ibid). iii. Arinthia D. Parker was born on 19 February 1807 (Ibid). She died on 8 September 1875 (Ibid). iv. A daughter born 1809 (Ibid). She died before 1817 (Ibid).
