Surveyed at the request of John Dix Senr fourteen Acres of land at the North of his Plantation which land he sold to Richd Grinalds, likewise Six Acres at the East corner of his land which he sold to Ann Stevens, the aforsd lands are in the Parish & county of Accomack in the Parish line for the Cources, distances, boundaries & Plat see below
