By Virtue of an Order of the Honorable District Court bearing Date May 1795 I Parker Barnes DS. Of Accomack County in company with a jury impaneled by the Sheriff of sd County to make partition of the lands of Nehemiah Marshall lately decd who died intestate which lands are Situate, lying and being in the Parish and County of Accomack and bounded as follows (towit) On the N. E by Gillit Mill Pond and Mill Branch Opening into Gingoteague creek on the S. E by Wallops Mill Branch On the S. W by Marshalls Mill branch and on the N. W by the lands of Wm Marshall Decd the Plat, Courses & distances below
