This Day at the request of Daniel Richardson Surveyed Twenty five Acres of land the property of Wm. Richardson (orphan) son of Wm. Richardson decd. and run a Division line through the same for James Corethurs's Wife Dower, which land are Situate, lying and being in the Parish of St. George and county of Accomack and bounded as follows (to wit) on the S. E. by the lands of Severn East on the S. W. by the lands of [-----] Leatherburys heirs, on the N. W. & N. E. by the remainder of the tract of land belonging to the aforsd. Wm. Richardson decd. the Plat and other particulars below
