Decembr 21st 1795 By Virtue of an Order of the Court of Accomk County bearing Date Novr Court 1795 I Parker Barnes D. S. of sd County in company with a Jury impaneled and Charged by the Shf of sd County to lay of 1/6th part of that Tract of land two hundred acres late the property of Wm Taylor B. smith [blacksmith] to Spencer Waters which lands do lie in the Parish and County of Accomack and bounded as follows (towit) On the NE by the lands of the aforsd Spencer Waters Solomon Marchall Geo Gillit and Joseph Fiderman on the NW by the lands of the heirs of Joseph Waggoman, on the SW by the land of the heirs of the aforsd Wm Taylor B. Smith, and on the SE by the lands of Isaac Marshall. The aforsd two Hundred Acres late the property of Wm Patterson decd for the cources, distances, plat and Division more particularly below
