Surveyed One Hundred and nunety nine Acres of Land late the property of Edmd Groton and Divided the same into 5 equal parts agreeable to the Quanity & Quality by the Direction of a Jury which lands do lie in the Parish of St George and County of Accomack and bounded as follows to wit, On the S.W. by a line of marked trees Dividing the premisses from the lands of John Milby and on the N.E. by the lands of Elijah Hancock and the lands of John Taylor (Orphan) on the East by the lands of Laban Johnson and on the W by the lands of Edwd Ker late of Edmd Poulson for the Courses, distances, Plat and the particulars see below.
