Surveyed one hundred & fifty eight acres of land situate lying & being on the head of Matchapungo Creek in the Parish of St. George & County of Accomack & bounded on the S. E. by the Creek: on the N. E. by a branch, called Bussel's branch, issuing into sd. Creek & dividing the premises of the lands of Abraham Kellam: on the N. W. a line of mark trees dividing from the lands of Custis Groten: & on the S. W. by a small branch issuing into the afsd. Creek & dividing from the lands of Joakim Roberts. The premises late the property of Argall Kellam decd. & by him devised to be equally divided between his son Hezekiah Kellum & his Grandson Argall Kellum be a line begining at a large iron oak standing near the edge of the afsd. Creek: that part which shall on the N. E. side of the division line to his son Hezekiah & the other on the S. W. of sd. line to his grandson Argall Kellam which division is accordingly mad by a line of marked trees begining as afsd. & runing N. forty six degrees W. 'till it intersects head boundary of the sd. land on Custis Groton. The Courses Distances, Plat & Division as below.
