Surveyed for Mr Geo Matthews Fifty nine Acres and one quarter of an Acre of Land Situate in the Parish & county of Accomack on Sexes island and bounded as follows, to wit, beginning at a Gum N 6o E 11c.20l from thence along the free shool Marsh on the N. E. by Marked Trees to Pockomoke sound N. W. by the sound 22c.60l from thence running S. 6o E. to the gum at the beginning for the Plat, Courses & Distances see more portions listed below.
