I Ann Ayres of the county of Accomack and State of Virginia being of sound and disposing mind & Memory do Constitute this my last Will and testament in manner and form following
Viz I give my Son Edmund Ayres my Still that he Has now in possession also one Bed & furniture and the Rest of my furniture to him and his heirs for Ever
I Give to Hampton Ayres Son of George Ayres five Dollars to him & his Heirs for Ever
I give to my grandson Son Elisha Ayres son of Levin Ayres Five dollars to him and his heirs for Ever
I give to my grandson Richard White five Dollars to him and his heirs for Ever
I Give to my grandson Francis Ayres Son of Francis Ayres five Dollars to his and his Heirs for Ever I give to Ann B. Ayres daughter of the afsd Francis Ayres One black gownd one white Cotton peticoat
I Give all the remainder of my wearing apparel to my Daughter Sally White to her and her Heirs for Ever
As Witness my hand and Seal this Seventh day of August One thousand Eight Hundred

At a district Court held at Accomack courthouse the 16th day of May 1801 This last will & testament of Ann Ayres decd was proved by the Oaths of James Smith a Witness thereto and ordered to be recorded On the motion of Edmund Ayres taking oath and Giving Thomas Bayly Senr for Security who entered into and acknowledged a Bond in the penalty of One thousand Dollars with Condition according to law Administration is granted him on the estate of the Said Ann Ayres decd with the will annexed
