I Southy Broadwater of Accomack County and state of Virginia Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner following, Viz, Item my will and desire is that my Wife shall have the use of the whole of Property during her natural life and whatever of my estate may be left at her death then I give to my neiphew Walter Douglas and further my Will is that my Wife Esther Brodwater have the whole management of my estate In Witness whereof I hereby set my hand and seal this 12th day march 1802.

At a court held for Accomack County Jany 31st 1803 This Will was Proven by the oath of Drummond Welburn a witness thereto and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of Wm. Welburn taking oath and giving bond with John S. Ker and Drummond Welburn the securities as the law provides certificate is granted him for obtaining Probate thereof in due form.
