In the name of God amen I Drake Drummond of Accomack County and State of Vriginia an weak in Body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to Almightly God for it, I do hereby acknowledge to make this my last will and Testament in manner following Its my desire that my Land Shall pay all my Just Debts and after paying my Debts to David Drummond and his wife during their life and after their Death to John Drummond the son of David Drummond one hundred Acres of land and mash to him and his heirs for ever Item I give to my son 1 Yoke of Stears. My desire is that my Gunes Grindstone and Sider Caske shall stay on the Land and my Tools I give to my grandson John Drummond one Chest. Item I give to my Daughter Patience one heffer Item I give to my Daughter Mary one old Negro named hanner one Negro Comfort and her increase and one negro named Rhoda and all my hole Estate that has not already been given to her and her heirs for ever and I give to my Daughter Mary a home on the land during her single life and a priviledge in the Mash during her Natural life and lastly I appoint my beloved son David my hole and Sole Executor of this my las will and Testament to see the same performed according to the intent and meaning of the same and my Estate never to be appraised or Enventoried nor Divide revoking all former wills my me in Testimony whereof I set my hand and Seal this Fourteenth day of February 1793
