I Jane S. Joynes being of Sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testement revoking all others.

Item 1st I give to my nephew Thosam J. Custis, and to my neice Margaret T. D. Boggs my interest in the farm on wich Edward R. Custis now resides. Should Thomas J. Custis die without lawful issue than the said Margret T. D. Boggs shall heri the whole interest. - And if the Said Margaret T. D. Boggs should die without lawfull issue then the Said Thomas J. Custis shall heir the whole interest in said farm.

Item 2nd I give to my nephew Thomas S. Joynes a bond which I hold against him.

Item 3nd I give to Keron Joynes daughter of Thomas S. Joynes my bureau.

Item 4th I give to my neice Margaret T. D. Boggs my walnut bedstead.

Item 5th The Bonds which I hold against my sister Margaret T. Joynes shall not draw any interest after my death, then after the death of my Sister Margaret T. Joynes the Said bonds I give and shall be divided as follows I give to my neice Sally A. Drummond the Sum of fifty dollars. I give to my great neice Maggie E. Waters the Sum of Fifty dollars, And the remainder of said bonds I give to my nephew Thomas J. Custis.

Item 6 I give to my neohew Thomas J. Custis my feather bed and I do hereby appoint my nephew Thomas J. Custis the Executor of this my last will and testament.

At a Court held for the County of Accomack, on the 25th day of January 1892. This Last Will and Testament of Jane S. Joynes, deceased, was proved by the oaths of James E. Harrison and Ezekiel Y. Smith, witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded. And, on the motion of Thomas J. Custis, the Executor in the said Will named, taking oath and giving bond according to law in the penalty of Six hundred Dollars ($600.00), with Henry C. Drummond, surety therein, who justified his sufficiencey on oath, Certificate is ranted him for obtaining a probat of the said Will in due form. And the said bond having been acknowledged by the several obligors therein it is ordered that the same be recorded.
