In the name of God amen I Patience Savage of Accomack County being very sick by of sound mind and memory thanks be to Allmighty God for it, do make this my Last will & testament in manner and form as follows.
It I give and bequeath all my land to my sister Sally Savage to her and her heirs forever also one Negro woman Bridget and one Negro Girl Jinny and one Negro Boy Peter and one Negro boy Shephard and one Negro Girl Molly and one Negro boy Jacob and all their increase. also one be and furniture at Arhtur Savage and one linnen whell also all the money that Daniel Rone owes for Jinny Heirs also three dollars that Stephen Rone owes
It I give one large chest to Mancy mears at Arthur Savages.
It I give to my sister Sally Savage one Ovel table at arthur Savages and Cow, and one bed and furniture at home and I appoint my sister Sally Savage my Executor of this my last will and Testament, Witness my hand and seal this the twenty fifth day of November 1822.

At a Court held for Accomack county on the 25th day of May 1829 This last Will and Testament of Patience Savage decd was proved by the Oath of Francis Savage (of Peter) and Elizabeth Robins witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded
