In the Name of God Amen I henry Smith of the County of Accomack in ye: Collony of Virgini being very weak & sick in body but in sences thankes be to God fore ye: same am minded to settle all things in manner & form as followeth first I recommend my soule to Almighty yt: gave it to me & my body to be burryed in such desent Chirstian order as my executors shall see fitt & Touching such worldly Estate as it hath pleased God to Lend to me I give and bequeath in manner & form as followeth

I give & bequeath my two loveing sons William Smith & Henry Smith and John Arrington my Track of Land that I now Live one to be Equally devided betwen them and if John Arrington should die without Lawfull Eyr or Ey'rs begotten of his body then the aforesd. Land to turn to my two aforesd sons William and Henry Smith.

I give unto my Loveing wife the full third of all my Estate both Riall and personnall & the Rest that shall be left after my wifes third to be Equally devided btwen my Children and John Arrington I also nomonate & appoynt my Loveing wife & John Arrington to be my Executrix & Executor I also doe alow this to be my Last Will & Testament Revoking all other will or wills yt: Ever shall Come in my name as witness my hand the 12 : day of february 1720/21
