I William White of Accomack County and state of Virginia, do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament in manner and form as follows
Imprimis. I give my five sons Arthur, William, George, James and John all my lands to be equally divided into five Lotts and My son Arthur to have his first choice & the others to draw lots for their choice to them and their heirs Lawfully begotten forever.
Item I give my daughter Easther one hundred and fifty pounds cash & that for as much of my moveable property to be Sold as will oay that Sum and Just debts and & then the remainder if any to be equally divided among my five Sones. I do constitute, and appoint my friends John Poulson, John Burton and Parker Barnes to be my Execrs and that these three persons should make the division of my land, being laid of in the five different Lotts. Wittness my hand and Seal This twenty fourth day of March one thousand seven hundred and minety two.

At a district Court held at Accomack Courthouse this 5th of May 1797 the within last Will and Testament of William White decd now offered for proof by the Executor therein named was proved by the Oaths of Leah P. Cops the living witness thereto and by the oaths of two other Witnesses who depose that they say Mary Poulson who in since decd sign her name, as a witness to the said will within presence and ordered to be recorded.
On the motion of John Burton and Parker Barnes, certificate is granted them for obtaining a probate of the said Will they having taking the Oath of Executors and together with Levin Walker and John Poulson their securities entered int, and acknowledged a Bond in the penality of one thousand pounds with Condition according to Law.
