Peter Rogers aged about thirty nine years, and Ricard Rogers aged about thirty Six years Saith
That ye 29th of June last wee the above named persons heard William White (who was then at time very weak a sickly condition but Sensible) say upon his being asked ye Question wheather he would not make a will, That what he had was worth ye makeing a will, But what he had he would give to that Child, that did most for him, and being asked whot that was Replyed his Son William

The nuncumpative Will of William White deceased was Presented to ye court August ye 3d 1703 by his Son William White who prayed Probacon thereof wch being proved in open court of Accomack County ye day and date aforesd by ye Corporell oaths of Peter Rogers and Richard Rogers is ordered to be Recorded
