I John Young of the County of Accomack and state of Virginia do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows Viz.
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth W. Young my large family Bible to her and her heirs forever.
I give and bequeath to my two daughters Margaret P. Young & Sarah Ann Young the remainder of my Books to be equally divided between them. ---
I give to my daughters Elizabeth W. Young, Margaret P. Young and Sarah Ann Young, each one piece of Irish linnen, which is marked No1.2.3. to my Daughter Elizabeth the piece marked NO 1, to my daughter Margaret the piece marked N. 2, and to my daughter Sarah the piece marked NO 3. I give the balance of my Estate of every kind or nature whatsoever (after payment of my Just debts) to be equally divided between my three children Elizabeth W. Margaret P. and Sarah Ann Young to them and their heirs forever. I nominate and appoint my three friends John Y. Bagwell, Henry Bagwell and Wm. P. Custis Executors, to this my last Will and Testament, revoking and annulling all other Wills by me made. In Testamony whereof I have signed, Sealed, published and pronounce this Instrument of writing as and for my last will and Testament this 20th day fo January 1829.

At a Court held for Accomack county on the 30th day of March 1829 This last will and Testament of John Young decd was proved by the Oaths of William Bull and Sacker Scott witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded, And on the motion of John Y Bagwell and henry Bagwell two of the Executors therein named taking Oath and giving bond according to Law in the sum of $1500. with Levi Dix, James H. Dix and Augustus W. Bagwell and James P. Taylor Securties thereto certificate is granted them for Obtaining aprobate tereof in due form
