In the Name of God Amen I Richard Ayres of Accomack County being sick & weak & knowing ye. mortallity of all Flesh by prased to God of sound mind at present doe make ys. my Last will & Testamt. as Followeth
First & principally I give my soule to God yt. gave it hoping through ye. mirrits of my only Saviour Jesus Chirst & his saifency to have pardon for all my sins my body to ye. Earth from Whence it was taken to be desently Buryed at discretion of my Executrix hereafter Named: I will & bequeth ye. one hundred & Fifty acres of Land yt. my Father Richd: Hill Ayres did Leave & bequeath my Brother John Ayres & he dying it ye. sd . Land did Fall & revert to me by Fathers will I doe give & bequeath yt. sd. Land to my sister Ann Frances Ayres & ye. heirs of her body for Ever & want of such heirs to my sister Easter Ayres & her Lawfull heirs begotten of her body for Ever & for want of her heirs as foresd. then to my sister Mary Ayres & her heirs Lawfully beggotten for Ever & for want of sutch heirs the to my Cosn. Nathaniel Wilkins ye. son of William Wilkins & his heirs for Ever.
Item I Give & bequeth my horse Bredle & sadle to my Loving Mother Easter Hayres.
Item I give & bequeth my Bed & Furniture as it is at prsent unto my sister Anne Frances Ayres. Alsoe my Iron pott to Anne Frances Ayres also my old Cowe to my sister Mary & my young Cow to my sister Anne Frances & my stear to my sister Easter.
Item all ye: rest of my personall Estate whatsoe Ever I give to my Loving Mother Easter Ayres.
Lastly I appoint my Loving Mother Easter ayres my Exetrix of this my last wil & Testamt. Witness my hand this 14th of February 1720/21
An Iteme the the hundred Acres of Land yt. my Grand Father Christopher Tomson did bequeth to me I give & bequeth unto my sister Mary Ayres & her heirs lawfully begotten for Ever & for want of such heirs yn. to my sister in Francie Ayres & her Heris lawfully begoten for Ever & for want of such heirs to my sister Easter Ayres & heirs Lawfully begoten & for want of such heirs yn. to my Cost.
