I Nancy Edmunds this is my will

In the name of God Amen this being my last Will and Testament being very loe and week and in my perfect senses this third day of May one thousand eight hundred and eight

And after paying my Just Debts I leaved and Bequeath my whole Estate to my Daughter Nancy Edmunds being my last child Teste and hereto I set my hand and seal

At a district Court held at Accomack Courthouse May 17th 1808 this Last Will & Testament of Nancy Edmunds decd was proved by the oaths of Eburn Bird and William B Ross Witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. Ann on the motion of Eburn Bird taking the oath and giving bond according to Law in the sum of five hundred pounds, with William B Ross and Eli Hornsby securities thereto Letters of Administration with the Will annexed are granted him on the Estate of the said Nancy Edmunds Decd in due form
