I Joseph Fitzgerald of the county of Accomack and State of Virginia do make this my last will and Testament revoking all others.

Item I give and bequeath to my sister Frances Bull and her heirs forever all my land which was given to me by my father Joseph Fitzgerald decd.

Item I give to my said sister France thirty nine dollars and one half put in the hands of Mrs. Laney Hickman to keep for me said Joseph Fitzgerald

Item I give to my said sister Frances Fifty one dollars put in the hands of Thomas Chandler to keep for me said Joseph,

Item I give to my said sister Frances Bull all the Money due me on accounts to the amount of Thirty four pounds four Shillings and six pence for which accts will show exclusive of the money before given I appoint my friend Matthias Outten my Executor to this my last will and Testament - As witness my hand and seal this third day of May Eighteen hundred and sixteen

Matthias Outten having before this Court relinquished the executorship of the will of Joseph Fitzgerald decd On the motion of Custis Bull taking oath and giving bond according to Law in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars with Laban Gunter and John Bull (carter) securities thereto Letters of Administration with the will annexed are granted him on the Estate of the said Joseph Fitzgerald decd in due form
