In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Lilliston an in my perfect senses and memory doth make this my last will and Testament and when I depart this life & recommend my Soul to God and my body to be decently Buried Imprimises I lend my Negroes mainly Abel, Joe, and Peter to Kendle Melson until they come of Lawful age and to be free. Item I give to John Cord son of William Cord three Sliver teaspones iten I give to George Melson of Kendle Melson three Silver Tea Spones Item I give to Kendle Melson all the remainder of my Estate be it more or less. My desire is that Colo. John Cropper shall be Executor of this my last will

This Will of Elizabeth Lilliston was offered for proof and was proved by the Oaths of Levin Ayres and John Dix Witnesses thereto and ordered to be Recorded and on the motion of John Cropper a Certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate thereof he having taken the oath of an Executor, and with Thomas Cropper his security entered into and acknowledged a Bond in the penalty of two hundred pounds with condition according to Law which is ordered to be recorded
