In the name of God amen I Arthur Boggs being in a weak and low state of health but in sound mindand disposing memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form as followeth.

Imprimus. I lend to my beloved wife Susannah Boggs while she remains my widow all my lands together with all my raial and personal Estate

Item. After the death or marriage of my Widow I give to my two sons William Crowson Boggs and Henry James Boggs all my Lands to be Equally divided between them. But for William Crowson Boggs to have his first choice, and in case of either of their deaths for their part to be divided among my daughters Ann Margaret Molly Jane, Elizabeth and Lucy Boggs.

Item. Also after the death or marriage of my widow I give aqll my personal Estate unto my daughters Ann, Margaret, Molly, Jane, Elizabeth and Lucy Boggs to be equally divided among them. It is will and desire that my negoes may be hired out or sold for the use of my Estate at any time whenthe managers of my Estate shall think proper.

Item. I also nominate my wife Sussanah Boggs and Francis Boggs the Executrix & Executor to this my last will & testament. It Testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & fixed my seal this 27th of July Eighteen hundred and fifteen
