In the name of God this fourth day of February one thousand eight hundred and thirteen I Margaret Beach of Shadrack of the county of Accomack in the State of Virginia being of sound and of deposing memory in order to settle worldly affairs do make and declare that this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows
First I lend unto my mother Milcah Richardson all my lands during the _____ of her natural life now in the tenure and occupation of G____ Lecato and after his decease I give and devise the same lands or my lands to be equally divided between Thomas Richardson, son of Kendall Richardson and Polly Richardson, daughter of Kendall Richardson to them and their heirs forever. also I give unto Polly Richardson all my wearing clothes to she and her heirs forever. Also I make and ordain Severn Richardson Executor and Executioner of this my last will and Testament the day and year first above written in the presence of us who were present at the signing and sealing thereof

At a court held for Accomack County January 26th 1818 the last Will and Testament of Margaret Beach dec'd was partly proved by the oaths of James Edmunds a witness thereto

At A Court held for Accomack county on the 28th day of May 1821 this last Will and Testament of Margaret Beach dec'd was fully proved by the oath of Ann Edmunds a witness thereto and ordered to be recorded.
