In the name of God Amen I John Fisher of Accomac County in Virginia in good health & of perfect mind and understanding etc,

Item I give to my daughter Dusannah Phillips one feather bed

Item I five to my wife Mary Diahwe all the rest of my Estate Rail and Personal as long as she lives

Item I give to my Daughter Susannah Phillips after the death of my Wife one half my land & Marsh as long as She lives and after her Death to my Grand Son Chares Phillips & his heirs forever

Item I give to my Grandson James Fisher the other half of my land & Marsh & his Heirs But if my Grandson James Fisher Should die without Lawfull heirs of his body then I Give the aforesaid land and Marsh to my Grandson Charles Phillips & his heirs forever

My Will in that my Land Should be divided by a Line of Marked Trees through a Savanah and that my Daughter Susannah Should have the Northeast part of my Land

Item I Give to my Daughter Susannah Phillips after the Death of my Wife all the remainder part of my Estate

I appoint my wife and Benjamin Phillips my Executors this my Last Will & Testament May 12th 1764
