Accomack County Virginia In the name of God Amen I John Parker Senior pf Accomack County being in Perfect Mindd & Memory thanks to Almighty God for the same I do Make and Ordain this my last Will and Tesstament First I bequeath my soul to Almighty God that gave it to me & to my Worldly Estate I give and bequeath as follows

First I give and bequeath to my Son John Parker Copper Still & Worm & head & my Pettianger with her Oars & Russwe to him and his heirs for Ever

Item I ~~~~~~ to my two Sons Robert Parker and William Parker all my Smiths tools to them and their Heirs for Ever

Item I give to my Sons Anderson Parker & Edward Parker my two Mallatto Men Called Vallintine and Orson to Anderson Parker six head of Sheep & to my Son Edward Parker ten head of Sheep all to them and their Heirs for Ever

I give to my two Daughters Frances White and Susannah Wise one dish a piece & Six Plates & a iron pott to Susannah Wise All to them & their Heirs for Ever

Item I give to my daughters Ann Lacey Rachel Boggs Betty Guy Bridget Parker three Negroes Rosse Negro Dinah Negro Shadrack Negro and my will is that the aforesaid Negro woman Called Rose that she and her increase born before or after the writing of this Will my will is that they Shall be equally Divided between my four Daughters Ann Rachel Bridget Betty Ann Lacey taking her first Choice of the negro Children & Rachel Boggs the Next Choice Next & Betty Guy the Next & Bridget Parker if any born if not then my daughter Bridget to Keep the Negroe instead of a Child my will iss that my Negroes above Named be Intailed on My four Daughters Ann Rachel Betty Bridget to them and their Heirs Lawfully begotten of their bodies for Ever

Item I give to mu Daughter Ann Lacey one Ewe

Item I give to my Daughter Rachel Boggs four Sheep

Item I give to my Daugther Betty Guy ten head of Sheep 1 bed 1 Rugg 1 Sheet

Item I give to my Daughter Bridget Parker ten head of Sheep 1 bed & furniture all the before mentioned to my four Daughters and their Heirs for Ever

Item I give to my Son Anderson Parker Six Sheep to him and his Heirs for Ever

Item I give to my son Edward Parker 1 bed ten head of Sheep to him and his Heirs for Ever

My Will and Desire is that my Estate my Will is that my Children Shall not have any part thereof without the consent Frances Parker thier Mother my will is that my well beloved Wife shall have the use of my whole Estate Royall and Personal During her Widowhood my Will is there Shall be no Inventory nor Appraisment on my Estate

Lastly I appoint my Well bloved Wife Frances and my son Robert Parker Exrx & Exectr to this my last Will & Testament In Witness whereof I have here unto sett my Hand & affirmed my Seal this 28th Day of Augt Anno Dom: 1754

At a Court containd and held for Accomack County Jany 1st 1755 The within Last Will & Testament of John Parker Decd was Proved by the Oath of David Neilson Francis Boggs & Southey White three witnesses thereto & Admitted to Record

John Parker the Heir at Law to the Testator bing present in Court & having Nothing to Object And on the Motion of Frances [-----] his widow & the Exrx therein namd wo tool the Oath & gave JOhn Parker & Robert Parker or her Securities who together with the said Frances entered into & acknowledged a Bond for that Purpose Certificate is granted her for Obtaining a Probate thereof in Due Form
