In the name of God Amen I Peggy Boggs do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following viz; first I give and bequeath to Kendall Ames, Elijah Boggs, James Boggs and Rachel Rodgers (the wife of Wm. Rodgers) the whole of my estate of every kind to be equally divided between them. Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Elijah Boggs my executor to this my last will and testament revoking all other former wills heretofore made by me. As witness my hand and seal the 25 day of January 1823. Witt:

At court held for Accomack County on the 26th day of April 1824 this last will and testament of Peggy Boggs dec'd was proved by the oath of Littleton Chandler a witness thereto and ordered to be recorded.
